How we standout compared to others:

Each program will include Five instructor led workouts to walk you through the training plan. This ensures you’re comfortable with the workout, how to perform the reps safely, and build the confidence you need to succeed. 

Online participants will still have access to virtual led sessions as well. We are happy to Facetime instead to review the training plan – or Zoom and discuss each item.
