What is a workout "Phase"?

A workout phase is a program that is built specifically to your own goals and ambitions.

How long does a "Phase" last?

Typically, a Phase will last 12 weeks but could change based on the individual and their goals.

What does a consultation look like?

We will sit down and spend roughly 30 minutes talking about your current fitness activity, diet, and personal goals. An Evolt 360 scan will provide us with a “Day One” base. We then kick off a start to a better you!

What is an Evolt 360 scanner?

The Evolt 360 Body Health / Composition Scanner is a device used in gyms, wellness centers, clinics, etc., to measure and track over 40 body-related health metrics in about 60 seconds.

It uses bioelectrical impedance analysis (BIA) — a safe electrical current is sent through your body (via feet and hands), and by measuring resistance, it estimates how much of your body is muscle, fat, water, etc.

Can I just visit the gym before signing up?

Of course! During staffed hours, ring the doorbell out front and our lovely gym manager, Varina, will greet you and offer a chance to view all machines, weights, and ammentities.
